ABOUT US Cottage Grove Physical Therapy is located within a 7,000 sq/ft. athletic club facility. All patients have free and unlimited access to this facility once they have been cleared by the physical therapist for a specific gym program or group class. In addition to standard gym equipment and cardio equipment, patients are free to participate in any of our group exercise classes. We find this helpful in transitioning patients into an independent program. We also utilize local pool programs in our community.We specialize in orthopedic, sport and spine care, foot conditions, chronic pain, conditioning programs, pre and post surgical rehabilitation and work injuries. For student athletes, we work with coaches and trainers to assist with returning students to their sport safely and quickly. OUR MISSION STATEMENT Provide local quality physical therapy services to all in our community. We support this by encouraging generous continuing education and mentoring to all therapy staff in order to stay up to date and knowledgeable about physical therapy treatments. |
