ABOUT US Cottage Grove Physical Therapy is located within Safeway Plaza, adjacent to Anytime Fitness. All patients have free access to this facility during clinic hours, once they have been cleared by the physical therapist for a specific gym program or group class. We find access to Anytime Fitness is helpful in transitioning patients into an independent program. We also utilize local pool programs in our community.We specialize in orthopedic, sport and spine care, foot conditions, chronic pain, conditioning programs, pre and post surgical rehabilitation and work injuries. For student athletes, we work with coaches and trainers to assist with returning students to their sport safely and quickly. OUR MISSION STATEMENT Provide local quality physical therapy services to all in our community. We support this by encouraging generous continuing education and mentoring to all therapy staff in order to stay up to date and knowledgeable about physical therapy treatments. |
